Telemarketing and Account Team Leader

 

I joined APR Telecoms in June 2015 having decided to leave the corporate world of BT PLC where I had spent nearly 20 great years within various B2B Sales roles - in particular managing multi-function Inbound and Outbound Sales and Service Contact Centres.

 

My role here has evolved in a short time and I am now primarily responsible for Wholesale Network Sales along with managing the Sales Support Team. Being so close to our customers and seeing the impact of how we have helped them is a real benefit, together with working for a company that prides itself on the service it delivers to the local business community.
 
By way of relaxing I am truly content when I am spending time with my wife and our animals  (7 cats, 2 horses and 2 tortoises …to date) with a bit of football, cricket, music and film thrown in.
