What is Line Guard?

Line Guard protects you against the charges that can be incurred when BT are required to visit your site to deal with a fault that is not related to the Openreach network.

Why do I need Line Guard?

If there is a problem on site, it can be difficult to tell if the issue lies with BT or, for example, with your wiring and equipment. BT won’t be able to tell you this until after an engineer has visited, this can result in a charge. Visit charges from BT can often be hundreds of pounds. Line Guard protects you from these charges.
