When the Fakenham Medical Practice embarked on a multi-million-pound surgery rebuild it needed to find a telecoms provider which was able to understand the requirements as well as those of two other organisations who were also to be collocated alongside it. A thorough selection process of potential providers was carried out and APR Telecoms selected from a shortlist of four providers. The installation of the new telecoms system, with over a hundred handsets, was project managed efficiently and effectively from start to finish by the team at APR Telecoms.
Comprehensive training of our staff on the new handsets was carried out in the week preceding the move to the new building. The transfer of existing telephone numbers went according to plan with only a minimal amount of downtime. Support has also been provided in a timely and appropriate manner on the very few occasions it has been required. The APR Telecoms account manager allocated to us has always provided expert and accurate advice and the staff pleasant and helpful. The move to a new telephone queuing system, which was recently undertaken without a hitch, is a testimony to this.
We have always found APR Telecoms pricing to be competitive and the service provided has been outstanding. We have no hesitation in recommending them to any organisation looking for expert telecoms advice and equipment which is value for money.
