Samsung Call Reporting is a system designed to maximise the use of Staff, Telephony and IT resources.  You can build your own report which will provide detailed analysis which will enable you to:

 

  • Verify call costs.

 

  • Calculate call handling capacity and missed calls.

 

  • Manage your staff effectively during peak or slow periods.

 

  • Create concise billing information for specific campaigns, individual extensions and groups.

 

  • Create automated or on-demand reports in standardised Excel, Word, HTML and E-mail formats.

 

Samsung Instant Reporting can effectively monitor an unlimited number of sites centrally.  The software allows alarm thresholds to be set for data that is being displayed on a wallboard to maximise control and can be set to trigger weekdays and or weekends.  The system can be used as a standalone application or in conjunction with Call Recording.
