Fibre to the Cabinet (FTTC)

 

Fibre to the Cabinet (FTTC) links the telephone exchange and the street cabinet. It is similar to ASDL except that it is much faster. FTTC has download speeds of up to 80Mbps and upload speeds of up to 20 Mbp.  This connection allows you to have VoIP technology in your business which can lead to lowered call costs, better flexibility and mobile workers.
