I've been in B2B sales all my working life, having cut my teeth in our family photocopier business in the mid-80's. After the family business was sold I decided on a career change and therefore moved into the Telephony industry in the early 90's. I have been supplying Samsung telephony solutions throughout East Anglia since 1998. My decision to join the team was easy as customer care is recognised as the single most important factor in APR Telecoms success. Outside of work my spare time is spent with my family and friends and running my son's local football club.
