Since the work on our Children’s centre was complete in 2011 we have worked with APR Telecoms at our adult centre, Ella Road and our new head office on St Leonards Road. The engineers who visit us have always been a joy to work with. I know we will get a quick response to any issue we have and they have always been happy to answer my, sometimes daft, questions. Due to the nature of the work we do, with children and adults with disabilities, it is vital to have reliable communication and APR Telecoms provide us with that.

The team is always prompt in attending our offices or will call back and answer any queries or resolve any issues that can be dealt with over the telephone immediately, although these are very few and far between.
