Trainer

 

I joined Telecoms in 2006. I support the Project Managers and conduct customer training. My years here have been varied and I have played a part in most areas of the company. Customer training is a great aspect of the job, getting out to see customers making sure they benefit from the technology they have. On the odd occasion, I get the chance to dust off my tools and help with engineering works!
