Toilets+ have been providing portable toilets across the UK for over 20 years. They supply portable toilets for the event industry, weddings, Ministry of Defence, private individuals and the construction industry, in fact anywhere where there is a requirement for temporary toilet facilities!

Toilets+ had fallen into the same trap as many companies who are busy focusing on delivering great service and growing the business; some things had fallen down the list of priorities. When APR offered to review their call spend and line rentals for FREE, it led to an opportunity for Toilets+ to not only save money, but the implementation of new network services that would allow a faster integration of new acquisitions.

 

After careful analysis of the current billing, the findings were presented and soon 100% of the savings highlighted were starting to benefit Toilets+.

 

However, it was the introduction of the Virtual Number service that really started to pay dividends for Toilets+. As it acquired other businesses it was able to take the existing numbers from anywhere in the UK and point them at the office in Wymondham. This brought no additional cost to the end user or having to change the advertised numbers.
